From purchase to live in one business day
The Roofing Snapshot is designed to be running the day after you buy it. You’re not building automations — you’re importing a finished system and making it yours. Here’s exactly how the launch goes.
Step 1 — Connect your GoHighLevel account
Everything runs inside GoHighLevel. If you already have a sub-account, you grant us access and we import into it. If you don’t, we’ll first get you on the right GHL plan through our partner link (which also unlocks the bonus tools). This is the only prerequisite.
Step 2 — Import the snapshot
We load the complete system: storm and residential pipelines, 50+ workflows, the inspection calendars, the after-hours AI receptionist, the three white-label estimators, and the website templates. It arrives whole — no blank canvases.
Step 3 — Brand it to your company
Your logo, colors, company name, service area, and phone number go in once and propagate everywhere — including the repair-vs-replace estimator and your new site.
Step 4 — Connect phone, SMS, and email
We register your number for A2P 10DLC and verify your email domain. This is the unglamorous step that makes everything else work: without it, your two-way SMS and review automation can’t send.
Step 5 — Set your calendars and crews
Define when you do inspections, who handles them, and how reminders go out. Booked inspections route to the right person automatically.
Step 6 — Test the full lead path
We submit a test lead and confirm the whole chain fires: AI answers, SMS within 30 seconds, inspection booked, contact tagged and staged. You watch it work before a single real homeowner touches it.
Step 7 — Go live and drive traffic
Point your ads at the funnel, embed the estimators, and switch on storm geofencing for your service area. You’re now capturing leads automatically.
What you get for support
Every snapshot includes 10 dedicated customization hours (usable within 15 days) and a year of free updates. Need someone to run it day to day? Our GHL VA plan takes over the ongoing work.
Ready to launch? Get the snapshot for $1,500 (regularly $2,300) or book a setup call.
